FP/ConTest II Interface

The FP/ConTest II Interface is designed to seamlessly integrate with the FocalPoints environment and to take full advantage of the Contest II unique features. The custom interface streamlines the operations performed by the User during the inspection process: a simple Bar-code scanning initiates measurement, measured parameters are transferred automatically, quantitive/qualitative controls are fast and intuitive, all data is stored in the lens history.

INTEGRATED INSPECTION MODULES

FocalPoints provides a set of modules to assist Operators in the Contact Lens inspection process:

Inspecting the CL

These modules allow the Operator to perform both the qualitative and quantitative inspection. They can also speed up the process by showing on screen the lens details, the target value for the inspected parameters and their tolerance ranges. If any of the checks fail, the Operator can mark the lens as a reject right away without the need to use other software. Most importantly, there are no limits on the number of inspection stations a Lab can integrate with FocalPoints.

LENS HISTORY AT A GLANCE

When using the FP/BRASS interface and the Full Traceability module is enabled, all measured data, pass/fail quality controls, the lens map, the time-stamp and the Operator's name are stored in the Lens History log.
